T&R Hi-Tech Institute, Inc is a BAR Certified Training facility.
We are located in the city of Long Beach, CA. Helping you to become a certified California state inspector technician and repair technician. We offer the BAR specified Diagnostics and Repair Training; 2013 Update (Advance Emissions & Drivability Diagnostics) Training, as well as the Level I and Level II Smog Check Training Courses.
We plan to add other smog specialized individual courses such as Hybrid and Diesel.
California Smog license Requirements:
New Candidates are required to have all certifications before you can take the BAR state test.
Licensed Smog Technicians are required to have ASE or the BAR specified Diagnostics and Repair Training renew every 5 years as well as renewing your license with the current update. We offer you theses course as well as the BAR citation course.
